The action by Judge Richard Kuloba to Re-Instate the Present KFF team will go down as the biggest setback that Kenyan football has ever suffered.
This KFF team is the most incompetent ever. They have subjected Kenyan fans to one humiliation after another, the latest of which was withdrawing from the Africa youth cup.
They failed to pursue those responsible for the dissapearance of ksh 800,000 in Mombasa two years ago. They have been receiving US$ 250,000 from FIFA yearly for youth development yet there is no youth scheme in place and Kenya does not enter any youth tournaments. And the Icing on the cake is their vehement refusal to have KFF books audited. Just what are they trying to hide ?
Kenyans have been beseeching Hon Nyenze to take action and when he finally did, a misguided judge overturned it. This after Hon Nyenze had given them almost a year to put their house in order.
This sets a bad precedent because what is says is that a KFF
team can get away with anything and their is nothing that either football fans
or the Government of football fans can do. This is a recipe for disaster.
It is Mr Kuloba
and the KFF which is the architect who are the architects of the destruction of
Kenyan football.
